I have worked and lived in a few places, but my favorite place in the world is the Pacific Northwest. I imagined a place, small and comfortable, where I could create, explore and provide some of the comfort foods from my travels and even those that I dream of traveling to one day. I love to examine the ways that foods have been created originally and add my own perspectives, sometimes altering the technique to a more contemporary one or adjusting an ingredient to heighten or simulate.  I have been privileged to work in Asia & North America in some of the world's leading hotels and restaurants with culinary professionals from a vast variety of country origins as is reflected in the menu items that I present  I hope you enjoy the honest food that I humbly have created and that we serve.
